Aloe vera gel
Aloe Vera Gel is so easy to make. With this quick recipe you´ll have gel for everything from scratches and burns to after-sun soothing lotion. I also use it regularly 3 minutes before my night moisturizer.
Preparar gel de Aloe Vera es muy fácil y rápido. Con esta receta puedes tener gel de Aloe Vera en tu refrigerador siempre para sanar heridas pequeñas, desinfectar o curar quemaduras en la cocina. Es super bueno para la piel, yo lo uso como hidratante después de asolearme. También me lo pongo en la cara 3 minutos antes de mi suero facial nocturno.

3 Aloe Vera | Sábila leafs + 3 tbsp Witch Hazel (hamamelis)

You can find Aloe Vera at any plant nursery, you can even get it at grocery stores. Be aware that it depends on how much meat each leaf has. Figure out the measures having that on mind. Thats why I like to have my own plants, which I feed water almost every day so they grow up with lots of Aloe.
Puedes encontrar la planta de aloe o sábila en cualquier vivero o hasta en supermercados. Ten en cuenta que la cantidad de gel que salga depende de cuánta carne tenga cada hoja. Calcula tus porciones de acuerdo a eso. A mi me gusta tener mis propias plantas porque las crío con bastante agua lo que me asegura que haya mucho gel en cada hoja.
You can add some drops of your favorite essential oil for aromatherapy and healing. For scratches and antiseptic properties you can use Tea Tree Oil, for skin soothing after sun bath use mint or eucalyptus. Play and create the gel you need with the scent you want :)
Puedes agregar unas gotas de tu aceite esencial favorito. Para fines antisépticos utiliza aceite de Tea Tree , para untarte en la piel después de tomar el sol, menta o eucalipto te harán sentir frescura. Juega y crea el gel que necesitas con el aroma que quieras :)
